Dear Diary,
Each of us are charged with bringing light to those around us and this can be exceptionally difficult when every day is a struggle to breathe, feeling like we need to crawl out of our skin lest we suffocate. I have been there and may likely be there again. But today I walk in the light with joy and a certainty that life holds so much more. There is no question that hope is real and help is available. I am blessed with this gift and the overwhelming desire to share it. Be at peace my friends...

HOPE
Shadowed by fear we stumble and fall
afraid to answer Heaven's call
Bound by chains we nurture and feed
submitting to hate, anger, and greed

But hope is real, right here, right now
it comes from knowing Love and how
to walk away from pain and doubt
embracing joy with fear cast out

But how you ask and beg and plead
with pain and sorrow in wounds that bleed
upon the road you travel now
the way is hard, I'll show you how

Submit right now to the eternal source
acknowledge the power of creation's force
You hold the key within your soul
and you must love your body whole

for truth is told inside your skin
and worn for all to read your sin
embrace your flaws and know they too
were good and needed and part of you.

But now it's time to feel God's grace
and surrender in this healing place
call it miracle,magick, or love
it's unconditional from above

And when you're done with pain and death
the Lord above will send His breath
and power new will flow and then
you will know His love again.
